I carefully removed the ejection charge and plugged the engine with epoxy, but it seems some residue remained. At apogee, a much louder bang went off, and the shock cord couldn’t handle the force, tearing apart and causing the lower portion of the rocket to be lost in the field. FW 1.0.4. |
